i have a problem with illustrator.the program can be opened for a second and then crashes again immediately.Even after updating to the latest version and restarting the computer (25.3.1), nothing has changed.does anyone have any idea and can help me what is the problem with illustrator?All other Adobe programs works normal.
Without any system information there is no way to be sure, but as usual the first thing to check is your system's graphics driver and whether is actually reasonable recent. Update it if necessary. Other than that check that your AI can actually access all necessary files and folders like its own preferences and such. Anything more specific will require better info.
