Yes i am just sharing those screens shots what i face the issue. Image size is not so big and only Black color based image is this.Please take attachment and help me out of this..

yes i can easly save any image in different differnt file formats, but only image trace issue i am facing..

You have the latest version and also the computer has sufficient RAM.

So when was the last time you rebooted?

Does it help resetting the preferences. This will erase the settings. You might want to check out options to do it (renaming the folder)
