Latest Version of Illustrator issues bug fix

I have recently updated to the newest version of Illustrator and always keep it up to date. This version needs to be looked into. Every file regardless of size gets the Error that the files can only be Partially read. I did not have this issue prior. I have reverted back to version 24 and it opened just fine. Adobe please look into this bug.
