Migrate Settings, Worspace, Hotkeys Mac 2 Mac - Help plz

I m truly hoping to finally find some concrete info. Any help is appreciated, gals and guys. I want to migrate all my custom Illustrator prefs, hotkeys, workspaces to a new machine. MacBook Retina Sierra to 27" iMac high Sierra between AI CC2018 and AI CC2018. Export / Import Settings does not work. Sync via Cloud was discontinued by Adobe (WHY 4 Fs sake???). And nothing so far in the section for customising your workspace about how to save and keep using all that work, in those references. Shame actually. I m also running the full Astute Graphics Plugin Suit btw, do not know if that makes any differences.

Anyone got something for that? Would be really great. cheers & thanks y´all.

The settings are in 3 places:

-> User Library > Application support > Adobe > Adobe Illustrator [version]

-> User Library > Preferences > Adobe Illustrator [version]

-> Applications folder > Support files > Resources

The stuff in the Application support contains the brushes and other libraries. Those shouldn't cause errors when moved. But there are also Font lists inside. Maybe those are causing issues.

Astute Graphics Plugins have their preferences in the Preferences folder as well

But there might be stuff outside of that such as Texturino textures
