Outer Glow Issue

As you can see, when I move around the object on my artboard or beyond, the outer glow effect is visible. But when I release the object, or even when I export my artboard as JPEG or save as PDF, it is not visible. How do I fix this?

Can you try and go to View > Preview on CPU?

If that doesn't work: please post the screenshots I asked for. And please show the settings of the glow.

Is that green a process color?

Perhaps you have inadvertently changed view to "Outline Mode?"

Looks like you are using outer glow to make an outer shadow. Change the blending mode of your outer glow to normal or multiply.

See how I left the shape half off to simulate what a black outer glow does in screen mode.
