PNG export issue

I would like to export this illustration.
However, whenever it is exported, it automatically exports everything beyond the frame. 
How can I export only what's within the frame? 
( The 3D spherical object can't be cut to fit the frame )

What method are you using to export?

If File > Export > Export As... check the Use Artboards box in the file browser window.

If File > Export > Export for Screens, click on the Artboards tab and export from there.
