Hi all, in our company we're using Proxima nova on a regular basis. All of the sudden a couple of hours ago, the light, medium, black and bold are disabled with an asterisk. Only the regular semibold and extrabold are working.... Reactivation doesn't work, as well as turning on and off. In the attached image you can find 3 views - one of opening a file (syncing doesn't work), editing a file (the weights are just empty, marked with asterirsk) and the cc view showing some kind of red dot near those weights.
Any suggesting of what happend and how to fix it and get the fonts back
Thanks guys, it was a strange error, but I deactivated and reactivated the fonts, and after a long while of loading - it worked. Probably a software clash etc.

Update - when clicking the arrow circle "reinstall font" in the adobe cc active fonts, it fails message : "unable to install font"
Is it forgood or temporary? How do I at least reproduce the logo from it ? (no outline version)
An enigma

For the original issue with installing the font please refer to the Adobe Fonts forum.
If the logo file has been saved "PDF compatible", then what you can do:
Create a new file.
Place (linked) the logo in it.
Object > Flatten transparency (check "Outline text")

Thanks Monika - that's a good technique and helps a great deal to back up lost fonts.

I have no problem activating those fonts.
Did you try to restart the CC app?

Or they had some free time during the weekend.
Good to hear it works now.
