Hi, I am having problems filling the shapes, after using shape builder tool. As you see, I cant fill other parts of triangle. What can I do about it?
Well, have you actually checked the underlying paths? This very much appears like your shape operations either merged the wrong paths and/ or left a bunch of "garbage" like duplicate points, open paths and so on. Even if the Shape Builder facilitates these operations, its still good practice to clean up paths afterwards liek you would do whne using manual path operations and Pathfinders.

Did you try Object > Live Paint > Make?
Did you select all the lines before using the tool? Also: double click the tool and turn on the gap detection resp. configure it to your needs.

The problem is not a problem with illustrator but you yourself my friend.
Imagine there are 20 shapes on the artboard...
how will the shape builder know which one you want to fill?
So you need to select the shape first. If you still don't get it, take your time on this shape builder guide. It will teach you all that you need to know about it.
