The appearance panel shows a stroke that has transparency applied.

When exporting your PDF, transparency obviously gets flattened. This text is small and when flattening transparency a shift might occur.

Flattening transparency and live text in this case just don't go together well.

Maybe you can give us the bigger picture?

If you didn't apply any appearance effects, try converting text into shapes using Create Outlines command.

What do you expect to get with a black stroke and 100% screen blend mode?

What is the app you are using to view the PDF?

Please don't bother about the colours, this is only a representation what i'm having now. It's a trapping method to pull back some background colour. Anyway, whatever colour it put, i'm having the same result in text of the stroke is running from the text. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
