Hi everyone,

On my other adobe apps I have no problem using the Helvetica fonts. They are imported automatically and manual processes are not required however I only have an issue on Adobe Illustrator.

It just can't find the Helvetica fonts and I'm also unable to locate where the fonts are located.

I've tried to check the font settings on Creative Cloud however it says that I don't have access to Adobe Fonts.

If there a solution on where I'm able to those certain fonts on Illustrator?

For the permission problem, this might help:

https://community.adobe.com/t5/enterprise-teams/dont-t-have-access-to-manage-apps/td-p/10549326

But Helvetica Neue Lt isn't a Typekit/Adobe Fonts font, so that's a separate issue. If it's installed in Windows, it should be available to all apps.

Hi,

I would like to know if the steps suggested above worked for you, or the issue still persists. You can find system fonts in C:\Windows\Fonts.
Kindly update the discussion if you need further assistance with it.

Thanks,
Srishti

Hi there,

We're so sorry to hear about this issue. In addition to the suggestions shared by Danny, I would request if you can try copy-pasting these fonts in Illustrator fonts folder and let us know how it works.

Location for Illustrator fonts folder: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2020\Support Files\Required\Fonts

Regards,

Srishti

Thanks for the advice Srishti, will try to do that once we can locate where the separate Helvetica fonts are located. Because the other adobe apps can use that font so it must be located somewhere on the C drive.
