A group of color swatches I made that I have been using for months changed this week out of the blue. The CMYK and RGB builds are totally different than what I originally assigned them as. Please help!

You mean the numbers are different or do the colors look different?
There is currently a bug with color management with the latest versions.
What do your Color Settings look like?
