Windows not opening by default in Illustator

The last few times I've opened Illustrator none of the workplaces are opening by default and when I click through the saved workplaces none of them are working. Though they do come up when I individually open windows they do work, below I'll put a picture of how my Illustrator has been opening.

Are you referring to 'Workspaces'?

If so have you gone to Window>Workspace and tried turning it on there..?
