क्ष is being changed anyway when i am working with indesign

i tried in krutidev font, devnagri, nirmala UI, sanskrit fonts also

Please solve this problem.. it would be very helpful.

You need to use the "Adobe Word Ready Composer", I tested it along with Arial Unicode MS font and it worked just fine. See the following screengrab.
