There are several images I licensed in Adobe Stock. They are showing that they are licensed in Adobestock,  and my available licenses has decreased appropriately. However, in my CC libraries, they are not showing as being licensed. When I place them, the watermark is still there. Any ideas as to why Adobe Stock and CC Libraries are not communicating?

Wow, I literally just solved this issue yesterday for myself. I would download and it did not show up in my Libraries but was licensed through Adobe Stock page. This is what fixed it for me: go to your libraries an under search to the right click the little down arrow next to the x and a drop down menu will appear. Click on Adobe Stock and it should show your downloads. I hope that works for you too.
