Anchor point when placing image. What's going on !?

I'm placing an image in a text thread, at the top of the page, but as you can see, it seems the anchor point is at the bottom of the image, for some unknown reason. As a result, the image is on top, outside the actual text box. Any idea why this is? Never seen this before. Thanks.

I believe it is called an inline graphic. You want the graphic placed inside the text box and not where it currently is?

You need to check your Anchored object options.

Select the image then > Object menu > Anchored Object > Options

Check to see if the position is INLINE or CUSTOM

If custom you can control where it sits on the page - if inline then it sits where it has been placed in the text frame.

Is it anchored to the first paragraph on the page? Try changing it from Custom to Above Line.
