I have one client who is unable to see the background colors when I send them a pdf. On my end, I can see the background color in the pdf. No other client has these issues. Is there something I can do on my end or instruct them to check on their end so this issue no longer arises?
It might be the reader application they are using, suggest that they view in Acrobat Reader.
If they are already using Acrobat Reader, have them check their Page Display preferences.
Use Overprint Preview should be set to Always - if not, Spot Colors might not display.
