text wrap.JPGI cannot seem to turn off this version of text wrap for some reason.  I click on other options and that blue dot remains.  It's like it's locked.  I even copied text from other sections of the document and once I placed them on this page the text wrap happened even though it works perfectly on the other pages.  How do I turn off this little blue dot?

It's misleading: Its merely an indicator that a new feature is available in InDesign 2021.

Once you use it, a popup will let you know a different way to wrap about objects - automatically selecting the subject. Then the blue dot disappear.

In case anyone else encounters this issue, you need to trash your InDesign preferences to stop the app from auto-enabling the text wrap feature to new picture boxes or pasted graphics you create in your documant layouts.

I think we are all aware of how Adobe shows us new features with blue dots, blue banners, videos, etc., however that isn't the issue the user initially reported here.
