Can not open a digital publishing

I have recently published a document which works perfectly on iPhone; But my client has an android phone and she can only view the first page but she cannot advance to any other page, the navigation bar buttons at the bottom does not appear on the screen. Does anyone know why is this happening?

You might be dealing with an old Android phone, or the user might not know to swipe left/right whether arrows are visible or not.

Hello Mike!

I well swipe does not work on her android, when she does her phone switches to another window app. Maybe she is using and old android phone. Have you known somebody else with the same problem?
