Colours in InDesign

Hi, I have a relatively new MAC. After redownloading Adobe Cloud, I noticed the colours on ID were really off but other apps not, so I made sure I followed instructions from online - downloaded Bridge and it was sorted. But now the colours are back to being really off again... help! Thanks

The is a color management bug with the latest updates—check your Color Serttings:
