In Design keeps crashing not initializing

In Design keeps crashing after trying all troubleshooting options: cleared cache, tried fonts, etc. Only older version works. 

I´m running on Windows 10 Home, OS build 19041.746

Try resetting your preferences

Delete InDesign preferences with shortcuts
  1. Windows: Shift+Ctrl+Alt.
  2. Mac OS: Shift+Control+Option+Command.
