InDesign does not relink all files in the same folder!

I have several images in the same folder that need to be relinked. When I relink a file, InDesign doesn't see all the other missing files in that folder, even though I have checked "Seach for missing links in this folder". Am I doing something wrong?

Are you absolutely sure that the files in the folder have exactly the same name? Or is it possible that their format is different (psd, jpg…)?

Same names, same extentions. I have hundreds images in a document and it would take for ever to relink them individually. I've got to find a way.

Also, forgot to mention, their are all in the same folder and never been moved. InDesign should be able to relink them all automatically. I'm thinking it may have to do with the fact that this folder is linked to iCloud.
