Buenos días. Además del link que se obtiene en "publish online" muchos clientes quieren archivo físico animado e interactivo. Actualmente sólo se puede publicar mediante link o app, y el pdf está muy limitado para animaciones ¿Adobe, de lleno en la era digital y no se puede crear archivo "físico" animado e interactivo desde Indesign?. El EPUB da muchos problemas así que no es válido.

Publish Online is great, but as you say, it does not result in a physical file. This would be a great feature request. Could you please add your comments to User Voice? Adobe checks this for what clients want in new features. Go here, http://bit.ly/improvepublishonline and scroll down to "InDesign Publish Available Offline," which I think covers what you are looking for. Please vote and add your comments. PDF, mentioned here, is probably not the way to go, but rather some HTML 5-based format, as has been done for In5.

And just to emphasize the great things that can be done with Publish Online already, here are some examples: http://bit.ly/PubOnCollection. It would be great if these could be files of some kind.
