I assume the hyperlink is for a QR code. If so, this site can create a dynamic code to direct to various app stores.

Apologies for not being specific.
I am creating a digital magazine and want one clickable link for both app stores.

Link can point to only ONE website / destination.

Well, no. It creates one URL that can be redirected at the whim, good graces and (often) current billing of a redirection service.

There is no way to make one QR code (or fixed URL) point to two destinations. If advanced response is needed, it should be managed by pages or code on a wholly owned, controlled website/server, not farmed out to a service, most of whom are... questionable.

I'd simply use two codes or links. I've seen that multiple times and I've never heard anyone complain about having to choose.

While one "super magic code" to rule them all is a nice idea, it's not really workable.
