Resizing a frame/cropping image

Hi!

Since a few weeks/months resizing a frame of an image has changed. Before you had to press ctrl+shift to resize a frame and an image at the same time. But now it does it automatically and now I don't know how to resize a frame without resizing or move the image inside it. I work with a lot of maps and they need to stay in a specific scale so this is really annoying. Can someone help me?
