Stroke style dropdown isn't working since v.16.1

Stroke style dropdown isn't working in either top bar or stroke style. 1st click highlights arrow, doesn't drop down like before. 2nd click - dropdown flashes, but unable to select different style.

I've deleted preferences for InDesign in Library > Preferences. 

Not sure what's going on, but unable to select and change style.

It's working fine for me on macOS 11.2.1, InDesign 16.1.

You can also delete/rename this file: ~/Library/Caches/com.adobe.indesign

Let us know if that restores the stroke menu functionality.
