To directly answer your question, a downloadable user guide in PDF format (or any other format for that matter) was discontinued a few years ago. ☹

Hi there!  The best link I found is the html one recommended by Derek Cross.  It is up-to-date and is the best.  

But I did find a link for the last published PDF version (2019).    It is huge, with a lot of redundancies, and as well, is not current.  However, it has helped me learn a lot - especially, about how much I still have to learn!  🤓
