The latest update to LR has does not include the non-standard (i.e. creative picture controls) profiles for the Z6.

This is the list of profiles for the Z6 now
 

This list was much longer before the update, with the profiles: Dream, Morning, Pop, Sunday, Somber, Dramatic, Silence, Bleached, Melancholic, Pure, Denim, Toy, Sepia, Blue, Red, Pink, Charcoal, Graphite, Binary and Carbon.

Version 3.3, an update to Lightroom Desktop, went live on June 15, 2020 and contains a fix for this issue. Please install the update and respond back if it does not cure the issue for you. Thank you for your patience!
