I have Lr 6.14 installed on my Windows Laptop. I have noticed that the menu options Basic and Color are missing under Lens Correction. The only option available is Profile & Manual.

Not quite sure what you are expecting. Even with the current version of Lightroom Classic, there is no "Color" setting under lens corrections. This is what is under Manual:
