Hi There,

Sorry to hear about tethering not working properly in Lightroom Classic 8.4.1, could you please let us know the Operating System you're working with?

Also, could you please try the troubleshooting steps mentioned here and let us know if it helps? https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-classic/kb/troubleshoot-tethered-capture-lightroom.html

Regards,
Sahil

Muchas Gracias por la respuesta.

El sistema operativo es Windows 10

Version 1903

Version sist. operativo 18362.418

La càmara D3300 es reconocida para bajar las fotos de la tarjeta interna.

El problema es que cuando uso la captura conectada al equipo NO aparece la ventana emergente de obturación.

Podría mandar un print de pantalla .

Muchas gracias

Gerardo

The Nikon D3300 is NOT possible to use tethered with the Lightroom option!

See cameras that will tether at-

https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/kb/tethered-camera-support.html

You will need- 'DigicamControl" software (free and excellent).

http://digicamcontrol.com/

1. Set up Lightroom-Classic with Auto-Import, (Define a "Watched" folder, and a "Destination" folder)

2. Tether the camera with Digicamcontrol,

3. Set the Digicamcontrol software to place the photos from the camera in the Auto-Import "Watched" Folder.

This will Auto-Import the photos directly into the Catalog, but editing images as you shoot needs you to swap programs : Lightroom<>Digicamcontrol.

Regards. My System: Lightroom-Classic 13.2 Photoshop 25.5, ACR 16.2, Lightroom 7.2, Lr-iOS 9.0.1, Bridge 14.0.2, Windows-11.
