I tried to use the new enhanced details. When it was finished I had a complete back image. What have I done wrong? Or what setting do I need to change?

Mine is blue, but I get an indication early when I simply enter the "enhance detail" area.  When it shows before and after it shows correctly before, but a black image afterwards.  So it must be a rendering setting somewhere, but I don't know where.
