feature "send a email" doesn't work

Hi Adobe,

the function to send a picture via e-mail doesn't yet work.

Why ?

I'm waiting for an update and repair!

Some questions (and I'm not Adobe. Not sure Adobe staff are on this)

• Which version of Lightroom Classic?
• What is your OS and version?
• Which email client are you using?
• Have you checked the instructions at https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/lightroom-classic/help/prepare-send-or-post-photos.html

I use Thunderbird. When I select and send an email, I don't use any of the LrC fields since it creates a Thunderbird Write email with the pictures attached. I'm on LrC 10.2, Windows 10.

I use 10.2, should be the newest one. With big sure, the newest one too.

In the past, it wasn't necessary to create a "Lightroom email account"

It works simply by opening my Apple-mail with the picture attached and I could write my email.

It was simple, worked, fine.

To create now a LrC account is for me more complex and perhaps I have no access to my email-adressbook.

So, I don't want create an LrC-email account.

My question is, why must I miss a very fast and good workflow to send a pic via email with the new version of LrC?

Why always were well working processes eliminated ?

Don't know what you mean by "Lightroom email account". All you are doing with the instructions is configuring LrC to support your existing email account.
