This issue seems to happen after I coppy and pastes settings, but it happens to every photot, not just the one I coppy and paste. Heres a video of it, I really cant explain whats heppening.

Problems like this are usually caused by buggy old GPU drivers, so go to the website of the manufacturer of your GPU and check for driver updates.
