This statement from Adobe applies to Lightroom also-

"Our aging activation servers for earlier versions of Acrobat and Creative Suite (CS) applications had to be retired. Without the activation servers, these applications display an activation or connection error when trying to verify a license."

You will need to Contact Customer Care- ! CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE

Click on the Chat icon (lower-right of the page)

Hi thanks for the prompt reply. I cannot see the Chat Icon anywhere on the page link.. the blue 'Contact Us' button does nothing. I'm using Safari. Regards, Ian

Try this page-

Does Safari allow Cookies? And are you logged in with your ID & pw?

I see the Chat icon appear and stay visible even when I scroll the site page. Windows does not show it as 'blue'.
