Lightroom Classic v10.2 freezes when exporting

Hello,

since a few days my Lightroom Classic v10.2 on my Windows 10 PC constantly hangs when I press the Export button. I do not know any more what to do to solve that issue. It happened all of a sudden a few days ago. After it happended the first time I installed the availble update but this did not solve the problem.

I found this workaround: Exporting developed fotos only works if I select "Export with previous settings"; however, I cannot change the settings anymore.

Please help.

I finally found the solution: Restoring preferences to default settings helped, export is working again.
