Can't open Lightroom Classic
Lightroom might have encountered user permission issues on launch. Lightroom is quitting
And a note from Creative Cloud shows up on the right hand side all the time
Creative Cloud
Failed to start CoreSync
Could not create -/Library/Application Support/ Adobe/CoreSync
Any solutions?

Is this a new install of the OS??
You need to check in System Preferences, Security and Privacy that Lightroom and Creative Cloud have Permission to Access Folders and Files..

I've checked System Preferences/Security and Privacy as suggested
It wasn't in that "window"
I couldn't add it
+ - was "dimmed"
There was a few other in folder "Files and folders"

AE
PS 2021
Media Encoder 2020
And they were all "marked" on Documents Folder

Lightroom should automatically have permissions to ~/Library/Application Support. You can't manually give it permissions to access this folder and you shouldn't have to.
Try the following: Open 'Disk Utility' (in the Utilities folder inside your Applications folder), select your main hard disk and click on "First Aid'.

I have the exact same problem. It happened after upgrading to BigSur. I also tried the options mentioned plus uninstalling and reinstalling several times. I can't access any Lightroom catalog or photos.

I forgot to mention that all other apps from the Suite work perfectly. It's just LrC.

While viewering System Preferences > Security And Privacy > Files And Folders, click the padlock icon in the lower-left corner to unlock the ability to make changes.

Geoff, it doesn't really matter which app generated the error. Every application you install on MacOS should automatically have read & write permissions for the user Library folder, because that is the folder where it is supposed to store its preferences and other user settings. If this error comes up, then you can almost certainly not solve it via the Privacy & Security system settings. I think the link that John posted is the way to go.

Interesting that Lightroom Classic and Creative Cloud are the only two Adobe apps in Security and Privacy - FullDisk Access while Files and Folders option includes Photoshop..... on my system 10.15.7
I'd be interested to see screen shots of what apps are in those options on OP's Mac.
This seems to be a not uncommon issue.

The thing is now
I unstalled everything
Apps and Creatice cloud
Restarted the coputer
Installed ONLY Creative Cloud
No Apps
Now this is showing up
Creative Cloud
Failed to start CoreSync
Could not create -/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync
I think there is like a bug during installation of Creative Cloud
The funny thing is
After this I Installed all the apps that I'm using but NOT Lightroom Classic
All apps working (As far as I know)

On the "Privacy" I didn't have Create Cloud installer
- and + was dimmed even when I unlocked it
The only way I could fix it was
Create new Admin
Download everything again
Now it works
Remember
Clean install didn't work untill I created a new Admin with full rights
No settings changed at all
This was a clean install that didn't work even when no settings at all were changed
Create a new admin, then it works
I deleted the first admin
Still works
And
On the "Privacy" I still don't have Create Cloud installer
- and + is still dimmed even after I unlocked it

PLEASE LOOK AT THE LINK THAT JOHN GAVE YOU. This is not normal behavior and can not be solved in the Security & Privacy tab.
