Lightroom duplicates features on panorama?

Hi guys

I have recently purchased the Sony E 18-135mm lens for my Sony a6000 camera and ever since I have not been able to stitch photos together for a panorama. It seems like no matter how many photos I take, including great overlap, Lightroom keeps duplicating some of the features on the merged panorama. Does anyone have a clue as to why this happens?

If you upload sample photos (the originals, not the panorama) to Dropbox or similar and post the sharing link here, we can see what might be going wrong.

As you are using a zoom, did the focal length stay consistent?

How do these images work out if you accomplish the merge in PS?

So people don't have to download the image you have attached to your post please Edit your post to remove the Attached screen shot and Include it in the body of the text of your post.

You do that by Clicking the "More..." link at the bottom of your post, Selecting "Edit Message" and then use the "Insert Photos" icon in the tool bar at the top of the Post/Reply/Edit dialog box like this.
