My photos can't be imported to Lightroom Classic anymore

Hi,

everytime I try to import my photos the process will get stuck hal way with no photos imported. Theres enough space on my Laptop.

You indicate the import process gets stuck "halfway" (I think) with no photos imported. What do you mean by that? Does Lightroom hang? Are there any error messages? What exact version of Lightroom are you using? What operating system? How much disk space is there on the laptop? Providing a few details would really help.
