Hi,
right that LR still not yet released lens correction settings for the new z series ? Latest LR classic CC version 8.2 and no nikon z lens in the lens profil list....

Raw files from the Nikon Z cameras have lens corrections built in. (written by the camera)

Possible that this only applies for Windows ? On Mac this is not the case.

On Mac this is not the case.
This is what I observe on Mac LR 8.2 with a DPReview sample Z 7 raw:

This should be no different on a Mac. What exactly are you seeing that's different?

Hmm. I am on LR classic cc 8.2 Camera Raw 11.2
! Stating that a related Profil can not be found. When I leave "Profilkorrekturen aktivieren" unchecked no "!" appears.

Uncheck the option to "Enable Profile Corrections".
What do you see then?

Also Ohne translates to Without (Excluding, Minus) not Nikon in the Make field. That is if it is german.

This is what I get with either Nikon Z6 or Z7 raw images.
It took a few seconds to come up but it shows that there is a Built in profile.

I think "Ohne" translates to None in this context.
tschnurr – If you click on Ohne, are you able to choose Nikon? If so, what happens next?

Well I could apply or select "Nikon" under "Marke"/brand and then open as well the different lens models under "Modell" but there are no z line lens.
Maybe this is due that once I used Nikon converter software when the z6 was released in order to import into LR. but these pictures are right now directly imported from the Sony XQD reader/adapter.
What have you guys under the Info section from LR?

Make sure you are running the latest camera firmware.
It just seems funny that every other person that is using LR 8.2 and a Nikon Z camera with that Z lens has the Built in profile listed.
This is for sure a Nikon Z lens and not some other brand with an adapter?

Can you select Built In or whatever that translated to in German in the Make field?

So the files you are working on now have not been opened in any other software before importing to Lightroom?

I am using the exact same version as you – 8.2.
Would you mind sharing a raw file on Dropbox or similar, so we can see if the same thing happens at our end?

at Just: No no I can confirm that I am running latest Nikon z FW 1.0.1 that was released a couple of days ago but had from the beginning the issue and can confirm that I am using as well the new 24-70 F4 s/z line lens of course directly mounted to the Nikon z6.
You mean "Marke" or and not make. Yes I can select "nikon" but then Nikon lenses pop up but without the new s/z line.

and even selecting "Auto" doesn't work.

no no the files are directly imported into LR. Just meant before LR could support the files I used a Nikon software to convert them and then get imported.
This is not required anymore.
sure. Adobe - Google Drive
Thanks for all your support.

The file behaves normally on my computer.
I suggest that you try to reset the Lightroom preferences.
Close Lightroom, then click the shortcut to launch it, and immediately press Option + Shift.
Keep the keys pressed until a dialog comes up, where you choose Yes or Reset (or whatever it says).
