Overlay tools greyed out in Lightroom classic 10.0

I can not use overlay tools from "tools" menu as everything is greyed out except auto show & never show.

The "o" key does not work to show different overlays.  Is this a bug in LRC 10 or am I missing something?

The first thing that you should try is to switch off the GPU support from the Lightroom preferences and check if that helps to fix the issue.

Go to Lightroom > Preferences > Performance tab > Uncheck "Use Graphics Processor" > Restart Lightroom.

• Which operating system do you use?
• Which version of Lightroom do you use?

Please post the exact version and not only phrases as "recent", "latest" and so on.

Do you get an error message? If yes, please post the exact message or an screenshot.

I assume you are trying to look at the overlay for an adjustment brush.

Is the pin for the particular adjustment selected?

you gave me the answer I have to be in the crop section to see the overlays
