Slowdown after some time and not at the beginning

Hello,

When I start working on LR, my workflow process is very quick, no slowdowns, everything is quick and work properly.

After a moment of selecting many images in my library module (viewing at 1:1 to make selections, ...) or after developping some pictures, LR is working more and more slowly.

When I restart my computer the problem disappear, and then after a moment it comes again.

Seems like there was a "cache" or memory that could be "full" after a moment of working. How could I fix this ? 🙂

Thank you a lot and have a great day !!

Best regards

Felix

Hi Felix,

Sorry to hear about this, have you tried turning off the Graphics processor from the Lightroom preferences? Go to Lightroom > Preferences >Performance tab > Uncheck GPU > Restart Lightroom.

Also, could you please let us know which exact version of Lightroom you're working on and which operating system are you using?

Regards,
Sahil
