I am using Lightroom Classic. All my lens profiles for Tamron Lens are gone. I have one lens profile left in my Lightroom for Tamron. It's for a 28-75 f/2.8 which I have never owned. How do I get my lens profiles back?

Check what type of image you have selected. Most lens profiles are for raw only. If you have selected a jpg file, then you will see very few lens profiles.
