Hi guys! I am trying to import .MOV video files from my Nikon D850 into Lightroom Classic Version 9.1. See screen shot for the message that pops up. Any ideas what's happening? I have never had a problem importing these video files before. Thanks! 🙂 P.S. I am on an IMac - Catalina Version 10.15.2.

As a first troubleshooting step, update your LR to version 9.3 (the latest). If the problem still occurs, then upload one of the problem videos to Dropbox or similar and post the sharing link here. We can see if it loads into someone else's configuration, and if it doesn't, examine the video for possible corruption or incompatibility.

I have the same issue and I'm using Creative Cloud, so my LR Classic is always up-to-date. Whenever I try to export a video file, even very short and small files, the prgress bar gets stuck around the halfway point and it never does finish. I'm running Mojave 10.14.6 on an iMac.
