sorry, but the lay flat option was not added into this update. IT IS NOT THERE. it should be there, BUT IT IS NOT. they are only 3 choices instead of 4.
Blurb photo book (no layflat option)
Blurb magazine (no layflat option)
Blurb Trade book (no layflat option)
the layflat should be right under, but no, it is not there.

look under the paper option after you select blurb photo book and your book size

Exactly.  I was surprised at first.  Lay-flat is not a "type of book" option but a "paper" option.  It's there.  I had to look twice, too.

Haven't had a chance to play with it, yet, but it looks great.  My thanks to Adobe for all the changes, not just the lay-flat.  This will make my life better.  😉
