@Rikk Yes it would happen every time I reinstall the Lr app. Even when it’s all backed up and sync I would delete the app to make all photos all smart previews again instead of having every full size image so that I can save space but every once in a while a photo would get the error after a reinstall of the app

This was never a problem until today. I only use Lightroom mobile and an image that I edited on my phone suddenly stopped loading on my iPad Pro (I had been able to work on it previously), but was still accessible on my phone.

I logged on to Adobe.Lightroom.com and was able to make very minor edits (some options were greyed out entirely) and now I can’t access the image on my phone either. This is extremely frustrating.

Both are fully updated to 6.1.0 and it seems like I’ve completely lost this image as the online editing seems crippled. Also, I’ve only used 9 of my 20gb of cloud space so it’s not a storage issue.

please help.

This issue will be fixed with out next release. Until then you need to make a small edit applied photo on the desktop side and let photo update on the server-side. Sorry for the trouble - Guido/ Lr Mobile QE

Hello, it doesn't work...  Not a single week has gone by without my encountering this error. It's starting to get seriously annoying. I have good access to the photo via the web version and I can edit and download it. However, it is impossible to synchronize it with the application. On iPad, iPhone... I emptied the cache, deleted the application, reinstalled it. Nothing can be done about it. WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO HELP US ??? Thanks 1D7F2233-E31B-4CCA-957D-53C4B4666521.jpeg

Hi @jonayoni , can you try the Lightroom Web app at https://lightroom.adobe.com?   Access to this site works for anyone who has subscribed to Lightroom Mobile.

I just tried it via my web app.
The modification appears on the iOS version when I open it. But I still get the error message and can't access the development panel... 😢

Error code is: T20200121

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling thrice. Problem still cropped up. Anyway I can recover the photo or at least copy the settings so I can apply to another copy of the photo that actually works? Pretty desperate right now. Thanks in advance
