Hello everyone,

I really like lightroom on my ipad but, a lot of people dont want to pay monthly description for lightroom mobile. Is there a way that lightroom mobile will be one time purchase?

Apple store has a 'free' version (with no Cloud storage)

Apple store has a 'subscription' Premium version (with 100Gb Cloud storage)

Adobe has various 'Annual' subscription versions in Photography Plans.

No. Lightroom is part of a larger cloud service. You pay for that service with your subscription. You can use it for free without the cloud service but you lose some funtionality, and the cloud storage. Without the cloud storage your images may be lost, especially when you upgrade your device. We see that happen a lot here on the forum.
