If you really want/expect help then you need to provide a lot more information. The exact version of Lightroom, your computer information, operating system, camera model being used, what you were attempting to do when you received this message, as much detail about the problem as you possibly can. Otherwise, this message that you posted will just float away into oblivion and be ignored.
