Accordion panel is not hiding after click

Hiii... I did a one page site as testing..  there is 4 anchor point in it... And I linked it into a accordion panel... But when I click on menu(which is placed  inside of accordion) the acc.panel still is there as open.. Its not hiding after click. I will hav to close it manually.

Is there option to fix this ?.. Or its jus like that ??

An accordion doesn't close on click onto an object within, and it never did. An accordion is not a menu.
