I bet, this is not, what you think it is. This is no widget, which allows you to write text and fill it with an video

As this is a template and no widget, I strongly assume, we are dealing with a simple slideshow widget containing gifs, or – even more easy –, with a image, containing a negative text mask in front of a video:

Uuups! Josh was faster. But this is really easy to do! Building this lasts for 5 minutes!
