Hyperlink with javascript to open an iFrame as pop-up

I've created some Call-To-Action sections on my website in order for visitors to schedule appointments (I'm using Setmore service to record the appointments).

Setmore provides a code to add a “Book Appointment” button anywhere on your website, but the button is an image, I could create a new one and replace it, but I would like to keep my buttons instead of just inserting Setmore's code as HTML object.

I have customized a button widget to be used as the button if I only add the hyperlink to the setmore page this will send the visitor outside my website, which I do not want.

Any advice on how to insert as hyperlink the javascript code provided by Setmore? Something like: javascript:alert('Happy Holidays!´); but instead of showing an alerte box I'd like to have the iFrame shown with the form to schedule the appointment.

The code from setmore:

<script id="setmore_script" type="text/javascript" src="https://my.setmore.com/js/iframe/setmore_iframe.js"></script><a id="Setmore_button_iframe" style="float:none" href="https://my.setmore.com/bookingpage/XXXXXHereGoesMySetmoreAccountIDXXXXXXXXX"><img border="none" src="https://my.setmore.com/images/bookappt/SetMore-book-button.png" alt="Book an appointment" /></a>

Thank you!
