I would like to place Hyperlink behind animation created in Adobe animate

I created opening elevator doors and placed a hyperlink in between doors but when I up load it to Muse, the link is not functioning this happens in browser view and preview view doesn't matter the browser. Website isn't up and would like to get this corrected so that I can put it up. I did figure that if the Animation was smaller I could move the Link lower, past the image/animation and it works but this defeats its purpose.
